In the event of any emergency or event that warrants an absence and notification within 24 hours prior to the appointment, cancellation will be considered effective, but only in exceptional cases.

Do you offer any type of package or discount for multiple sessions?
Yes, for patients who intend to receive physical therapy treatment and do not have a referral from a physician at our center or another center, we recommend that they be evaluated by a rehabilitation physician or traumatologist from our team before starting physical therapy, so that a more comprehensive multidisciplinary approach can be implemented.
In this case, there are prepared care packages in which the consultation with a rehabilitation physician or traumatologist is included in the package.
Likewise, if you do not wish to be evaluated by a specialist prior to the start of sessions, there are care packages prepared only for physiotherapy treatments. If the results are not optimal or expected, you will still be referred to a specialist for further evaluation.

Are the treatments suitable for children or the elderly?
Yes, when treatments are indicated for children or elderly people, they will be applied on a case-by-case basis and under strict evaluation by a specialist.
Both physical therapy and rehabilitation treatments, as well as any type of invasive treatment through interventions in the office or even in the operating room, can be applied to children or the elderly, always taking into account the risks and benefits of the treatment options offered.
